Individual & Small Group Sessions
During individual sessions the focus is on your personal and/or therapeutic goals. The number and frequency of sessions can vary to suit your unique requirements. Small group sessions of up to four participants still provide intimate experiences and provide people with therapy who have a common goal, such as the Discovering Me Program, Grief & Loss support groups, Carer's Groups & Self-care & Wellbeing Workshops.
Discovering Me Program
A set 10 week structured program aimed at building and developing self-awareness, relationships, as well as social and emotional skills. It is particularly suited to children and adolescents, however, it can also be adjusted to benefit a wide range of adults too. This offers a blended approach incorporating horses and expressive therapies for self-discovery. Sessions can be extended after completion to incorporate further individual goals too.
Grief & Loss Support Group
'A Mindful Approach'
Our Grief and Loss support group is designed to help you find a way forward after the loss of a loved one. Our small group sessions offer the support and guidance you need to navigate through this difficult time. We incorporate nature, horses and expressive modalities as powerful tools for restoring peace and helping you find your way forward.

Family Connections
“Connect and Grow with your Loved Ones”
Participating as a family unit, with a child, you can deepen bonds and connection together. This can be facilitated through working with the horses or through Play, Symbols and Sand Trays. Ideally suited for a parent and child to attend.
Half-Day Homeschool Program
Our homeschool program is designed to provide your child with the essential skills they need to thrive. Our 3-hour program during school holidays offers a unique and holistic approach to children's learning, centred around the healing power of nature, horses, and expressive art and craft activities. Connection to Self
'Self-care & Wellbeing'
Experience time out from your busy life, and soothe yourself in a tranquil setting, alongside horses and nature. In this two hour intimate, small group workshop, you will be guided to connect with the present moment and experience the power behind the pause. Relax and unwind for 90 minutes before indulging in an afternoon tea.
Did You Know...
Since 2020, Joanne has helped to facilitate Equine Assisted Learning sessions with another practitioner at Autism Camp Australia family camps, in NSW, so that children and adolescents with Autism can experience the chance to connect and co-regulate with beautiful horses. These family camps offer activities for the child participating in the program, their siblings and also you, as the parent.
